Antioxidant breakfast drink

Introduction
This idea I got originaly from Yogi Bhajan. I modified the original recipie which was made from cows milk and had no fruit. It was also hot. He was the first person in the US to use turmeric as a healing herb. It's part of ayurvedic medicine pharmacopia. I have found it equal to ibuprophen as a pain killer for joint disease. It reduces inflamation and has antioxidants to. Moreover it is an anti ageing cocktail. To really make it work you must give up degraded fats and high glycemic foods and white rice. I cannot drink cows milk so I use soy milk with no sweetner. That's a green carton. Removeing sweets especially corn syrup is important for the healing benefits. Anything that elevates the blood sugar keeps the body from healing because it prevents the production of growth hormones when you sleep at night. Nightime is when your body does it's healing. I think yogi Bhajan recommended this as a night drink to calm the nerves . The calcium in the cows milk does that. Olive oil is rich in anti oxidants too. Some people genetically allergic to milk will get joint pain from drinking it. So for those people soy milk is prefferable. Inflamation in the intestines from milk allergies causes the failure of vitimin K absorption. This important nutrient is responsible for calcium uptake into bones and teeth. Deficiency in Vitimin K causes osteoporosis and big whopper bruises from nowhere. Vitimin K is the clotting factor vitamin so don't take it if you are stroke risk because you will become more able to clot. Ask the doctor before you take it. Better yet don't wreck your intestines and your digestion by drinking cows milk if your genetically allergic to it. Many people with joint pain also suffer colitis. For that level of damage you need psyllium seed whole ground to make the hormone prostaglandin in the gut. When you get it you'll feel happy again too! With out foods that produce prostaglandin proteins pass through the lineing of the intestines into the blood and set up allergies in your whole body. See: Digestive Enzymes by Richard Passwater , Keats pub (pamplet) Mix a couple of teaspoons of psyllium with water and use it as a chaser for your vitimins. They slide right down.
Ingredients
Turmeric stains so tie on your apron.
Pour 12 Oz. of silk soy milk unsweetened into a blender
add to it a pinch of sea salt and a banana and a drizzle of nice tasteing olive oil. Blend the drink until the bananas are gone.This will make 2 small servings or one breakfast. If you dont want to stain the blenders lid place a piece of plastic under the lid. Drink it with a straw.
Directions
Turmeric is also very good in rice with a dash of cinnamon. It grows in Florida or any place you can grow ginger the other great anti-inflamatory.

Avoid black tea which is nowdays loaded with pesticide. A 500% increase in pesticide use on tea crops in recent years! One single box of zarin tea with sugar one winter made me so sick I could barely walk. Smoked tea may also have nitrosamines.
For joint disease follow the advice about glycemic index in atkins but NOT the diet. Take Cosamine DS, eat medjool dates from Yuma Az. about 10 pounds over a years time for the boron. Eat mariani dried cherries( no sulfites!) Make sure you are takeing a very good multivitimin(solgar V-75) and Vitimin E too. It takes 3 months for the body to make one cell layer of cartilage. So you must be patient! Food is your best medicine.
